Cheryl Biron
President / CEO
Recruiting, Marketing, Finance, and Strategic Planning
Cheryl spearheads our recruiting, marketing, finance, and strategic planning. Her sales and marketing expertise comes from over 13 years of managing consumer packaged goods businesses for large corporations, including Procter & Gamble, Block Drug Company (now owned by GlaxoSmithKline), and Prestige Brands, a smaller company that went public via an IPO. This gives her an understanding of what customers of various sizes want and need in terms of service. Since 2005, Cheryl’s leadership in strategic planning has helped One Horn adapt to market dynamics and continue growing strong.
Through the LexaGen Freedom Accelerator, Cheryl also works with other mid-market CEOs and their leadership teams to help their companies grow, scale, and create a culture of accountability like she did for One Horn.
Cheryl earned her BS at Cornell University and her MBA at The Wharton School. She uses her financial expertise to ensure One Horn can provide competitive prices, maintain a strong credit rating, and provide prompt payment to carriers and agents.

Louis Biron
Chief Operations Officer
Operations, Dispatch, and Information Technology
Bringing over 20 years of experience in trucking and logistics management, Louis oversees our day-to-day operations. Louis ran the Brink’s New York Ground Armored and US Air Freight Divisions, utilizing an extensive fleet of trucks as well as air cargo assets. Through his involvement in a Private Equity deal, Louis also ran a multi-state septic cleaning company, again with an extensive fleet of trucks. As President of our original asset-based sister company, One Horn Trucking, Louis gained critical knowledge of the day-to-day issues of the trucking business.
Louis’s wealth of knowledge and experience is the basis for our foray into offering Back Office Services to our customers and coaching to our agent base.
An engineer by training, Louis earned his B.Eng. at McGill University, his MS in computer design at the University of Montreal, and his MBA at HEC in France. Louis developed the proprietary software system that enables One Horn to streamline and automate operations.
