You will be trained to:
•    Call, build relationships with, and negotiate with customers and carriers
•    Use the tools of the trade, like the load boards and the Transporation Management System (TMS)
•    Handle truck delays/issues, and communicate between customers and carriers
•    Track shipments and confirm pickups and deliveries
•    Grow your book of business

You will:
•    Earn profit based percentage commission
•    Work from home or wherever you find an internet connection
And most importantly, build a career that gives you the freedom to mold your business around your lifestyle.

What you need to succeed:
•    Computer
•    Smartphone
•    High energy and dedication
•    Be comfortable talking to people and selling
•    A positive,  “can do” attitude
College is not a requirement but you need to be able to calculate revenues, margins, cost on the fly.

This is a full commission program. If you do not make the effort, this program is not for you. But with great effort, come great rewards! We offer a clear path of progression based on sales targets. The more you produce the more you earn on each shipment.
